When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Turkish KVKK Law No. 6698 and Ministry of Education guidelines.
Development files can be delivered digitally upon request.
6. Parent–Administrator Communication Policy
Every parent is informed of a direct telephone line to reach school administration.
A weekly or monthly meeting calendar is regularly shared with parents.
For emergencies, administrative staff are reachable by phone on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00.
Parent feedback is considered in the school development plan.
